CRITICAL ILLNESS

Medical problems contributed to over 60 percent of all bankruptcies in the United States last year and a 2008 Harvard University study found that more than three-quarters (77.9 percent) had health insurance at the start of the bankrupting illness.

Critical illnesses are striking more Americans every single year. About 790,000 people in the U.S. have heart attacks each year and about 795,000 adults experienced a new or recurrent stroke. (American Heart Association). The vast majority will survive.

Consider having a plan ‘B’ that offers some financial protection agains this growing health epidemic in our country.
